Refund Policy 

siliancakery.ca offers order modification or cancellation for pre-orders with a delivery date longer than 7 days. For example, if you order a cake this Monday (say Dec 6) to be delivered/picked up next Saturday (Dec 18), you may send us an email at siliancakery@gmail.com to modify or cancel your order on or before this Saturday (Dec 11). The modification or cancellation will be confirmed after we reply to your email. For orders with a delivery date of less than 7 days, no modification or cancellation will be made after an order has been placed. Please make sure you double-check your ordering information before checkout. 

For defective products, incorrect orders, and an error made on siliancakery’s behalf will be reissued or refunded.

Delivery Damage or Delays

We will not guarantee or refund any packages damaged or delayed in delivery due to the recipient not being home or conditions beyond our control. These factors may include but are not limited to weather, traffic delays, mechanical error, strikes, or inaccurate address information. Please make sure you check your delivery information before checkout.
