Delivery/Pickup

Order

To enjoy your cake by on the celebration day, please order your cake at least 7 days in advanced (The earlier the merrier!). For example, referring to the picture on the left, if you want your cake to be delivered/picked up on Saturday the 12th 🟢, the last day to order would be Saturday the 5th 🟠. 

Silian Cakery now offer free pickup at Pacific Mall (Markham) on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery available with a fee on every Saturday around GTA. Please refer the below sections for more information. Pickup 

On every Saturday or Sunday, cakes (except Basil Lime Rare Cheesecake) can be picked up at Ding Dong Exotic Sweet, inside Pacific Mall.  Pick up is free of charge. When you are at the pickup point, please show the staff your full name and your order number for easy communication. After you pick up your cake, put it in the fridge ASAP. Make sure you pick up your order at the day it is scheduled. No overnight storage can be arranged.  Maps of the pickup point is shown below.

If you want your cake to be picked up on a weekday, please email us at siliancakery@gmail.com with your preferred pickup day and the cake you would like to order. We will let you know ASAP if we can accommodate your order.

Delivery

Delivery will be available every Saturday between 10:00am and 6:00pm. We will send out the approximate delivery time via text message a couple days before the delivery day. Therefore make sure the phone number you enter is correct during checkout. As our cakes require refrigeration, please make sure someone is at home. If you live in a condo, please come down to pick up the order (no concierge drop off). There will be a $6.99 delivery fee for destination within 10 km from the Pacific Mall pickup point, and $10.99 for destination between 10 and 15km, and $15.99 for destination between 15 and 20km.
