"Silian has done a great job in giving us a 3-hour class on baking a Chiffon cake. With her guidance and teaching, I had done a very successful and pretty cake although it’s not easy. The whole atmosphere during the class is relaxed, informative and friendly. We all enjoyed the baking! I will have no hesitation in learning to bake other cakes from her."

"Had a lot of fun participating the workshop “sweet day with Jasmine”! We made a Jasmine infused cream chiffon cake and it tasted so good - rich and authentic Jasmine flavour, not too sweet, and the cake was soft and moist. Silian is a talented and passionate baker, and the time and effort she put into creating recipes and incorporating natural ingredients in her cakes is truly impressive. The workshop was not simply about baking but also they taught us interesting facts about Jasmine and Jasmine tea production! Silian made sure to tell us all the details and points to note. So exited to try making this cake at home next time! Definitely recommend this workshop for anyone who is interested in baking!"
