Silian dedicates her life to creating. Silian’s creations, stemming from her unbounded imagination, showcase the taste and the sweetness of mother nature.

HOW THE STORY BEGINS....

Silian has always had a passion in making cakes. Her mom is Silian’s number one fan. Although her mom does not have a sweet tooth, she would finish and treasure every cheesecake the daughter makes. For 10 whole years when they were living apart, Silian expressed her love by combining her mom’s two favourite things, cheesecake and gardening, into one simple basil lime cheesecake, which is the pilot cake of Rare Cheesecake Fantasia.

“Floral/herbal taste is very sentimental and personal. You either really like it so much, or dislike it. My mom and I are two superfans of floral cakes.”

Silian then slowly worked towards the perfect recipes with utmost taste balance. She also expanded her rare cheesecake repertoire into other fresh fruits, floral, and classics flavours. And now…

We proudly introduce our first artisan cake line, Rare Cheesecake Fantasia. It consists of 5 signature flavours of rare cheesecake, and a rotating menu of seasonal and other fun and special flavours.
